Regrets

At institutions like Georgia Tech (See Poetry @ Tech) and MIT, poetry hides out with the humanities, as if afraid to show itself. But the very habitations in which the sessions are conducted shape as well as protect the artist. That poets do not see this enveloping artifice or –worse — eschew it as unworthy of verse, is a lamentable myopia.
